- From the attendant station press Trans/PGM (or just Trans on some models)
- Dial 06
- Enter the Announcement number (001 to 070)
- Enter 1 for the Recording Type
- The current greeting will play
- To re-record the greeting, press #
- After the tone, record the greeting
- Press the Save button when finished
