To delete a mailbox password from the phone:
- Press MESSAGE
- When the system prompts for your password, dial # 6 * 9 9 9 (All as one string)
- Enter password 0226#
- Press 5 for Other Features
- Press 1 for Setup Mailboxes
- Press 3 for Reset Mailbox Password
- Enter the mailbox number
- Press 1 to delete the password
Please keep in mind that the password is fully deleted from the mailbox leaving it unsecure.
It is very important to have the user login to their mailbox and set a password.
